专利说明:

The present invention relates to a storage and transport container with a wall element having a closable with a lift opening device.
For storage and transportation in particular of components, spare parts, rods, packs, other small materials or devices that are used continuously in large numbers, are often used in industry, construction and commerce essay frame, preferably with a Pallet can be combined as a bottom part. Normally standardized europallets are used as floor parts, but other floor parts are also possible, which in turn can in turn be combined with a pallet. The attachment frames often comprise wall panels made of wooden boards, plastic or metal meshes, which are connected to the attachment frame with vertically arranged corner posts, which may for example be designed as angle profiles made of metal or plastic. Often, the corner posts at their lower ends foot elements, which are designed so that they enclose a planned as a bottom part pallet, so that the attachment frame non-slip and securely seated on the floor pallet. Alternatively, the corner posts can also be connected directly to the bottom part.
In addition, especially pallet boxes made of plastic or mesh boxes with metal meshes are used as storage and transport containers, the containers are usually placed directly on the executed as a bottom part of pallets or connected to these.
The storage and transport containers are designed by means of corresponding bearing surfaces which form the upper end of the corner posts, so that a plurality of containers with or without a pallet can be stacked as an intermediate floor in the warehouse and form a stable tower, so that a variety of different replacement or components can be stored one above the other in the containers to save space.
Such storage and transport containers are described for example in DE 7 900 847 U1, DE 8 804 367 U1 or DE 19 601 689 A1.
For reasons of stability and reasons of saving space, the storage and transport containers are usually constructed so that the bottom of the upper container is seated on the appropriate conditions close to the upper edge of the underlying container, so that the removal of components from the lower container is difficult or without the lifting of the upper container is limited.
To circumvent this problem, storage and transport containers have therefore been developed in the past, in which at least one side part is provided with an opening flap. Attachment frames or containers with wall elements comprising an opening flap are described for example in DE 20 2004 016 046 U1, DE 20 2011 051 070 U1, DE 8 318 875 U1 or DE 20 2011 100 833 U1.
However, the known storage and transport containers with opening flaps have some disadvantages. Thus, the opening flaps are usually attached by means of a hinge to the respective wall element and additionally have a lock, with which they are fixed in the closed state. As a result, the cost of the storage and transport containers, which are preferably used as a simple, stable and inexpensive mass-produced, disproportionately increased. In addition, there is a risk that the opening flaps are damaged in the unfolded state in the storage work with a forklift, for example, by driving in with the fork in a pallet stack when changing pallets or when maneuvering in a pallet lane. In addition, the size of the openings is limited, since the flaps are usually designed so that they extend in the unfolded state to a maximum of the bottom of the storage and transport container, so that the range remains accessible to the forklift forks even in the open state , whereby the opening can make up at most the upper half of a wall element. For stability reasons, moreover, the lateral extent of the recess for the opening is often limited.
For the above reasons, mainly closed top frame or closed containers are used just for warehousing in the industry and construction as before, being aware of a cumbersome, time-consuming and accident-prone removal of stock items each by lifting and removing the top Storage and transport container using a forklift in purchasing accepts.
The object of the present invention is to provide storage and transport containers, which do not have the disadvantages of the prior art and allow for low additional acquisition or modification costs for existing essay frames a convenient and fast removal of the respective stock items.
The problem is solved by a storage and transport container for components, spare parts, rods, packages, other small materials or devices, which comprises at least one opening device exhibiting wall element, being provided as an opening device in the wall element, a recess which with a separate, can be placed on the wall element lift flap closable. Preferably, the at least one wall element is part of a top frame or a pallet box. The invention is therefore also an attachment frame with at least one opening device having a wall element and a corresponding wall element.
The wall element has support devices for receiving the lifting flap, which are advantageously provided on the two sides of the recess for the opening device in the upper edge region of the wall element. A particularly advantageous embodiment of the present invention provides that the support devices are formed as step-shaped paragraphs in each case on the sides of the recess. This embodiment of the recess with stepped support devices is adapted to a specific embodiment of the lifting flap, wherein the interaction of the two parts will be explained later with reference to drawings.
For the special case that the recess largely comprises the entire wall element, it is alternatively provided that the support devices are combined directly with the respective corner posts for the storage and transport containers or arranged thereon.
The lifting flap itself is as simple as possible and comprises a recess covering the thin plate, wherein the plate has at least one Aufsetzvorrichtung for placing the lifting flap on the support devices of the wall element at its upper edge.
In a preferred embodiment, the at least one placement device for placing the lift flap on the support devices of the wall element as inverted U-shaped rectangular profile is executed, which is matched in its dimensions to the width of the support devices and when placing the lift flap on the support devices of the wall element this encloses, which then the lift flap is fixed in the closed state of the container as part of the wall element.
Preferably, the inverted U-shaped rectangular profile is formed at the upper edge of the lift flap as substantially over the entire width of the lift flap extending support groove, in each case additionally on the sides support bars can be integrated, which in the closed state of the container on the Rest support device of the wall element. The inverted U-shaped rectangular profile not only serves as a placement device, but at the same time as a handle or holder for the lifting flap.
Since the space when stacking the storage and transport containers are usually limited and the upper edge of a storage and transport container usually closes just below the bottom of the stacked pallet, often the middle pallet web of the upper container directly above the front wall elements of the lower Container is arranged, a lifting flap is provided for this case, which has at its upper edge a the size and shape of a Palettenfusses or pallet web adapted recess. In this way, the lifting flap when opening the container can be easily raised vertically so far upwards that the U-shaped rectangular profile of the Aufsetzvorrichtung is above the edge of the support device of the wall element and thus the lift flap can be pulled out to open the container.
This embodiment of the lifting flap is relevant if, when stacking the container, the middle pallet web of the upper storage and transport container is arranged centrally above the corresponding wall element with opening device of the lower storage and transport container. In other constellations, the height of the lifting flap or corresponding recesses are provided so that a lifting of the U-shaped rectangular profile or other Aufsetzvorrichtung the lifting flap over the edge of the support device of the wall element and thus the folding of the lift flap is made possible.
For practical and manufacturing reasons, a correspondingly profiled metal sheet is preferably used as a lifting flap, which does not exclude, however, to use other materials, such as wood or plastic, or material combinations for the lifting flap.
A further advantageous embodiment of the inventive storage and transport container provides that between the laterally to the at least one opening device having a wall element arranged further wall elements a connecting strut is arranged, which may have different functions. First, the connecting strut is provided as additional stabilization of the container in the event that the stability of the storage and transport container should be too much affected due to the opening for the opening device. For this purpose, a square tube is advantageously used, which is arranged in the form of a transverse strut between the lateral wall elements to be stabilized, wherein the square tube has at its ends corresponding fastening devices, such as mounting bracket or mounting leg to a running in the upper region of the storage and transport container direct connection between to produce the two lateral wall elements.
However, the connecting strut is not only used to stabilize the container, but can also be used as a receptacle or storage for the lifting flap in the open state of the storage and transport container. For this purpose, the connecting strut in the front, upper portion of the storage and transport container is arranged so that it can be easily reached when opening the storage and transport container by hand to store the lifting flap. When storing the lifting flap, for example, the U-shaped rectangular profile of the placement device is pushed over the square tube, wherein both components are matched precisely to one another, so that the lifting flap rests on the connecting strut and is fixed there. The mounting height of the connecting strut is advantageously selected so that the lifting flap is placed at a short distance below the bottom or the pallet web of the respectively above storage and transport container on the connecting strut of the underlying storage and transport container.
The attachment of the connecting strut on the respective lateral wall element can be designed differently. In a relatively simple embodiment of the present invention mounting brackets are provided with corresponding holes at the ends of the square tube, with which the connecting strut is screwed to the side walls. In a somewhat more elegant embodiment, mounting brackets are respectively provided at the ends of the connecting strut, which surround the upper edge of the side walls when the connecting strut is placed on the side walls across the transport and storage container. This embodiment has the advantage that the connecting strut is optionally removable and so, for example, to fill the container, which could be hindered by a permanently mounted connecting strut, can be removed.
Characterized in that the connecting strut is arranged above or in the upper region of the respective storage and transport container, it comes in addition in the opened state of the container a protective function for the stored in the container article. In fact, the cross strut prevents the stored articles from being damaged if the forks of a forklift truck are accidentally lowered too low during storage operations.
The above-described embodiments and embodiments are intended to illustrate the principle of the present invention, with additional measures that may possibly be required in particular embodiments of the storage and transport containers for the realization of the principle to be covered by the claims. Thus, the principle with the removable opening flap can of course be realized for collapsible attachment frame or pallet boxes, in which case in particular the connecting web must be adapted to the respective structural conditions and in this case can also be hingedly attached to a hinge. Or it can, as already mentioned, for example, the entire end face of a container be provided as an opening, in which case appropriate support devices for the lifting flap or guide rails or stops for fixing the lifting flap are provided directly to the corner posts.
In the following, the present invention is explained by way of example with reference to drawings, without any restrictions being seen therein. Show<Tb> FIG. 1 <SEP> a perspective view of a stack with two storage and transport containers,<Tb> FIG. 2A <SEP> is a perspective view of a lift flap,<Tb> FIG. 2B <SEP> is a schematic representation of the front view of the lift flap,<Tb> FIG. 2C <SEP> is a schematic representation of the side view of the lift flap,<Tb> FIG. 2D <SEP> is an enlarged detail from FIG. 2C,<Tb> FIG. 3 <SEP> a perspective view of a connecting strut,<Tb> FIG. 4 <SEP> a perspective view of a transport and storage container with a hinged connection strut,<Tb> FIG. 5 <SEP> is a schematic representation of the front view of a storage and transport container,<Tb> FIG. 6 <SEP> is a sectional view through the plane A-A of FIG. 5 and<Tb> FIG. 7 <SEP> an enlarged detail from FIG. 6.
Fig. 1 is in perspective a consisting of two storage and transport containers pallet stack again, the storage and transport containers each comprise a top frame 1 with an opening device exhibiting end face wall element 2, two lateral wall elements 3 and a frontal conversion element 4. The wall elements 2, 3, 4 are connected at right angles to each other via four vertical corner posts 5. The opening device in the wall element 2 comprises a recess 8 and a lifting flap 9, which is placed on the wall element 2 in the lower storage and transport container and closes the recess 8, whereby the lower storage and transport container is in the closed state. By contrast, the upper storage and transport container can be seen in the open state, wherein the lifting flap 9 is deposited on the connecting strut 14 and the recess 8 of the opening device is freely accessible. In this illustration, in particular the support devices 6 are easy to recognize, which are arranged as stepped heels in the upper region of the recess 8 and serve to accommodate the lifting flap 9. The stacking of the storage and transport containers by means of the support elements 7, which are placed on the corner posts 5 of the respective lower storage and transport container and have a limited edge with a support surface for receiving the pallet feet of each upper storage and transport container. The support elements 7 or comparable acting supports are absolutely necessary to ensure the stability of the pallet stack and to prevent slippage of the pallet and thereby possibly caused accidents. In the present case, the pallet 21 forms the bottom 15 of the storage and transport container. Alternatively, there is the possibility that the storage and transport container comprises an additional floor, which can then be arranged for example on the pallet floor.
2A to 2D show details of the lift flap 9, wherein the lift flap 9, which consists of a simple plate 10 with a formed at the upper end of the plate 10 Aufsetzvorrichtung 11 and a recess 12, shown in perspective in Fig. 2A is. The placement device 11 is designed in the form of an inverted U-shaped rectangular profile as a support groove which extends over the entire width of the lifting flap 9. In the embodiment of the lifting flap 9 shown here, the support device 11 comprises a fold 13, which unfolds a clamping action when placing the lift flap 9 on the wall element 2 and thus fixes the lift flap 9.
Figure 2B is a plan view of the front of the lift flap 9 with the closure plate 10, the support device 11 and the recess 12th
The function of the lifting flap 9 of FIGS. 2A to 2D will be explained in more detail below with reference to FIG. 1. In Fig. 1, the top frame 1 for the lower storage and transport container with a wall element 2 with a closed opening device to see, the lifting flap 9 rests on the support devices 6, which are arranged on the sides of the recess 8 at the upper edge of the wall element 2 and are formed there as stepped heels. In this case, a recess 12 in the lifting flap 9 is arranged directly under the middle Palettenfuss 16 of the upper storage and transport container. In this way, the lifting flap 9 when opening the container can be easily raised vertically so far upwards that the U-shaped rectangular profile of the Aufsetzvorrichtung 11 is above the edge of the support device 6 of the wall element 2 and thus the lift flap 9 are folded to open the container can, which is additionally facilitated in the present case by the extension of the recess 8 in the upper region of the wall element 2 with the step-shaped support devices 6. In this case, the plate 10 of the lift flap 9, which slightly exceeds the dimensions of the recess 8 in the vertical direction, so that in the closed state, the lower edge of the plate 10 rests against the inner edge of the wall element 2, for opening forward over the through the support devices 6 edge formed to be pulled. The opening is facilitated by the fact that the width of the lifting flap 9 is a few millimeters less than the opening 8, so that in the closed state at the sides between the wall element 2 and 9 lifting flap something is game. The placement device 11 itself is designed so that it also serves as a handle, wherein the user engages to operate the lift flap 9 from below into the inverted U-shaped rectangular profile. The engagement is facilitated by the recess 12, which is to be regarded as a part of the handle at the same time.
This embodiment of the lifting flap 9 is only relevant if the middle pallet web 17 or pallet base 16 of the upper storage and transport container is arranged centrally above the corresponding wall element 2 with the opening device of the lower storage and transport container during stacking. In other constellations, the height of the lift flap or corresponding recesses are provided so that a lifting of the U-shaped rectangular profile or other Aufsetzvorrichtung 11 of the lifting flap 9 over the edge of the support device 6 of the wall element 2 and thus the folding of the lift flap 9 is made possible.
At the same time corresponds to the reverse U-shaped rectangular profile of the placement device 11 with the connecting strut 14, so that when placing the lift flap 9 on the connecting strut 14, the U-shape of the rectangular profile encloses the rectangular profile of the connecting strut 14, which then the filing of the lift flap is fixed.
Fig. 2C shows the lifting flap 9 in the side view. From this perspective, the fold 13 can be seen particularly clearly, which is then highlighted again separately in the enlarged section in FIG. 2D. Due to the folding at an angle of preferably about 160 °, the attachment device 11 tapers inwards and can thus develop a clamping action by which the lifting flap 9 is fixed to the wall element 2 or to the connecting strut 14. At the same time the opening and closing of the container is facilitated by the fold 13.
3 and 4 serve mainly to represent different embodiments of the connecting strut 14, which is provided between the two lateral wall elements 3 and has several functions. First, it serves to stabilize the storage and Transsportbehälters formed with the attachment frame 1, if this is destabilized due to the recess 8 in the wall element 2. In addition, the connecting strut 14 is provided as a shelf and receptacle for the lifting flap 9 when the storage and transort container is opened in the warehouse or remains open to quickly access the storage items at any time can. In addition, the connecting strut 14 may have a protective function, since accidentally too far lowering of the forks of the stacker onto the material stored in the container and thereby possibly caused damage when the storage container is opened are prevented by the transverse connecting strut 14.
Fig. 3 shows a single connecting strut 14 which is formed as a square tube, each having a plurality of holes 19 having flange 18 at its ends, via which the connecting strut 14 can be screwed to the respective wall elements 3.
In Fig. 4 is seen as a further variant, a hinged connecting strut 14, wherein the connecting strut 14 is connected to a lateral wall element 3 via a hinged hinge and at the free end a mounting bracket 20 which is used to stabilize the transport and Storage container is placed over the second lateral wall element 3, which then also the shelf for the lifting flap 9 is available. In this way, the connecting strut 14 can be opened to fill the container. A special embodiment of this variant in particular for collapsible attachment frame 1 provides that the connecting strut 14 can also be folded away laterally, so that the attachment frame 1 can be folded to save space for the empty transport.
In a further advantageous embodiment, which is not present as an illustration, the connecting strut 14 is formed as a square profile having at its ends comparable bow-shaped brackets with holes, as shown in Figure 4. With the help of the brackets, the connecting strut 14 can be placed over the two lateral wall elements 3 and stabilizes them with it. Optionally, the connecting strut 14 can additionally be screwed to the lateral wall elements 3.
With reference to FIGS. 5 to 7, the removal of the lifting flap 9 should be additionally clarified. 5 shows the front view of a storage and transport container with a pallet 21 deposited thereon. FIG. 6 corresponds to the lateral view of the section along the plane A-A in FIG. 5 and FIG. 7 is an enlarged detail of FIG 6. In this section, a part of a lifting flap 9 can be seen, which is plugged onto the connecting strut 14 and is arranged at a small distance horizontally below the pallet 21 and parallel to this. The connecting strut 14 is formed as a square profile, which is enclosed by the inverted U-shaped attachment device 11 of the lifting flap 9, wherein the lifting flap 9 is additionally fixed by the fold 13 in this position. In the same section, a further lift flap 9 can be seen in the closed position. In the present case, to clarify the function of the lift flap 9, both positions have been occupied, which is normally not provided in practice, of course.
